Bad example for an IT company. No care for employees and no professionalism. More focus on internal politics and daily fire fighting. Too much of micro management. People at management level doesn’t even care to respond to any messages from peers and lower hierarchy resources . Listens to only few voices inside the organisation. Noproper structural hierarchy followed. No work life balance. Employees are nit even allowed to take break. Leaves/wfh are also not given even during emergencies.
