HR hired me based on their Hybrid model (3 days WFO 2 days WFO). 1. Very unprofessionalism can be seen in induction. I shared so many improvement areas to HR. 2. In project, my manager told me to come to office 5 days a week. When I asked about hybrid policy, he said organisation wants senior folks to come office all 5 days. I takethis to HR and then he said that this is the way he used to do to control new hires. Clearly he tried to control me. He agrees for me to work 3 days WFO for me. 3. Out of 3 days, once I sent email to him that my wife is not well, i will WFH today then he said please apply leave. No work life balance. I resigned same day. 4. They shared relieving letter 5 days after my LWD that is too when I followed up. 5. Again, I followed up with HR team to get my FnF. Policy says FnF will be settled within 30 days. After 30 days I followed up. After few days, they replied to my email that due to system issued it will be delayed. Guys, this was clearly excuse. They should have cleared my FnF within 30 days. Only after being followed up they are taking action. I responded back to then that i will take this to CEO sunil goyal. Guess, they credited my FnF same day. Is this the way company like Sopra should work? 5. As I received my FnF, it was way less than what I was expecting it to be. They deducted 30% tax !!!!!!!! Why?? I spent only 24 days in company. I never declared my previous company earnings, they don’t know my future earnings. On what basis, they deducted my income tax? Never expected like this from Sopra. Very slow promotions. Managers only interested in deliveries but don't play active role in upskilling and promoting people to next level especially applicable for leads to next levels.
