Work life balance is bad, As project manager will call up on weekends saying it's urgent task. Stupid concept of entering time for each and every task that employees work upon, while higher management is not required to do so. No permanent remote work option is available for employees based in Kolkata.

It is an excellent place to work as you get an opportunity to learn and grow. Team members are super-friendly. Besides this, the company maintains a positive work environment where everybody has a smile on their face.
