View AllIf I talk about the good things about the STM are the best environment and management even I’m working in night shift so there is good food facility for dinner, also working pressure is quite decent but no at all over. Our CEO of this company Vidur Gupta is very humble and always motivate the employees for their goals and achievements.
If I talk about the worst part of this company is promotions and appraisal because I’m working in this company since 2022 but I didn’t get appraisal till now. So this company is not fit for the compensation and settlements in terms of money.

The politics and the work culture is at different level, specially the HRs, they lie on your face from the day of hiring, No values of the employee or their thoughts, there is no single person on whom you should trust. People sitting at the higher level only lectures but can't bring business due to which the lower level employees suffer. They never accept their fault, and they put all the blames to the employees.Management is even the worse, i have seen some people complaining about harrasment cases but no action was taken, infact the person who complaint was asked to put down the papers and leave....Read More

Unable to get support from upper management, you’ll get criticised every time. No hybrid culture. Mangers are too bossy types. Don’t provide wfh if you’re sick you’ve to apply for leave. They do not provide laptops, if you get wfh by any change you should have your own laptop and you will not get any reimbursement.
