1. SRF limited isone of the fastest growing site of dahej location around 400 acre land,
2. Company atmosphere is like family so company name SRF ( SHREE RAM FAMILY) Anybody talk to top management frankly and management seriously listen then discuss then if possible to change so start improvement.
3. Company Mediclaim policy is to good Mediclaim 1,00,000 rs. Including mother father so it is one of the best advantage for employye.
4. Canteen facility very good
5. Traveling facility very good
6.Company every month arranged internal/external taining for employee to improve his work ability.
7.Company increment structure is good.
8.company give award to who's employee give more then 5,10,15,20,25,30 year to company for his contribution and company continue achieved new mile stone.
9. All over all are 5 star company.

Dislikes

1. Mediclaim settlement time is more then 45 days so it is not good.
2. Rainy season time company not provide rain shoes so work normal safety shoes so wear moisturise shoes for during work so possibility to skin problem in both leg.

This is very good pollution less company,all peoples working here was very good and such a pleasant atmosphere, Here I know the process and maintenance work also but now I am in process here all are doing a good team work , such a beautiful company they gives respect and honour to every employee by giving award for is excellence and best,comparing to nearby companies it is a pollution less company.

There is no work pressure in this company but I need a growth in my carrier salary basis I am getting less and I am working in process my nature of working interest in mechanical maintenance that's the reason I am searching for better job from this.

Work

Generally I am a diploma in mechanical engineer, but here in this company I am in process but also knows about maintenance I could able to work in process but my core is mechanical I feel sometimes am I losing my core.

Now i am working as a Group Leader category.I had already 11years experience in chemicals and Pharma field as executive category ana i had completed B.Tech Chemical Engineering as a part time in April 2014.But still now itself i am in the same category and take care of two plant as a production supervisor category but compared to my friends the salary package is very low and this package of salary is expected for me that's why i want relocate and to improve my knowledge as desired category as a manager.Because my overall experience is 19 years above and well experience in overall chemical industries so i have ability to manage all the process individual handled and managed through successfuly till date.

There are no advantages to work in this company. This company doesn't offer any perk to manufacturing unit employees. All the perks are enjoyed by employees at the head office. Basic amenities like water isn't available in this company. The company makes promotion policies only for the head office and Corporate HR employees. Corporate HR employees are the only ones in this group who get promoted all the time. Manufacturing unit employees don't get promoted at all despite working 15 hours a day. Corporate HR employees do nothing at the head office and still they get promoted.

The company is update textile latest technology. I love The Srf company . I gate to travel in India as my required project / audit in Srf company's in India or vender visit

Dislikes

Srf company is docent but growth is very slow. In hose training scheduled followed but Meany time repeat. Average Facilities.

My work is in chemical lab and manage day to day activity raw materials chemical and product approvals etc.

I don't like anything about this company. The work culture of the manufacturing units, specifically the attitude of co-workers is horrible.

Dislikes

People don't let you grow in this company. Human Resources gives promotion only to those working in the Head Office and Corporate HR. People at the manufacturing units who work way more than that of the Head Office don't get any kind of growth. People at the Head Office enjoy all the perks available to them whereas the condition of manufacturing units is pathetic.

Politics of management defies all logics. It is basicaĺly run like fiefdom of individuals. Work life balance is poor and appraisal system is existing but rarely adhered to. Last line written by superior is only important. Mgmt view about individual learnt thru various trusted sources is important not individual work..

Very good company for starters so much to learn and company provides training too including technical and general management , this is the company in which u can think of for staying longer.

Employees below Executive level are treated equal if talking about their posts given , your designation doesn't matter here,below Executive level whether you are a workmen or staff , you will be doing the same thing that workmen is doing.
