On consultation mode renewal is one yearly with not much increment and leaves benefits. Work culture is so so. Management by company is little time consuming, decision making ability/ authority is confused, many people involved in passing certain agenda. Company policies are good for permanent employees.

Dislikes

Manpower is short, overworked. Certain people also expect to overwork without any additional pay. Internal politics, though it's everywhere.

Work Details

Not so good, tiring working days as with minimum manpower one has to manage.

Nothing. The culture of the company has become worst since the promoters have messed up the finances with worst CEO and CPO. The technical people are being treated lowly in stature.

Dislikes

The stature of doctors who are the backbone of diagnostic industry are subdued by undereducated Business heads who are treating badly to not only doctors but all teams across the verticals.
