There is no finger pointing or significant disaster. You just mention the issue and any remedies you may have. It has also been addressed.

There aren't many disadvantages to mention. At, SRV, there are several prospects for advancement. Because it is a media organization, there will be several opportunities for skill development as well as wonderful learning opportunities. While the task is difficult, the idea of completing it inspires you to work harder & better, as if you were moulding your talents.

1. They will treat you like, use, and throw if you try to correct them in any situation. 2. All the projects are unplanned. 3. There is no scope for creativity. 4. Have to compromise on health. 5. Have to work on a few Saturdays and Sundays as well with no comp off.
