Overall it not Employee oriented organization Everytime it looks works towards cooperate organization benefits and zero benefits to employees. In my 3 years (3hike cycles) I got only once hike that to of 3%. They are not even considering inflation rate which is minimum 6-7% to survive in current society. There are lot of internal politics and here I show lot of discrimination between on-site and offshore folks, offshore are treated very badly which left me a bad experience overall...Read More

From day 1 of SS&C acquiring DST worldwide services, their only push was to eliminate mainframe projects and move them to latest tech. What they didn't understand is that it's not possible overnight. When I raised my voice against it, I got laid off. It's been 4 years and mainframes projects are still running as they were and the guy pushing has moved on from SS&C without achieving his goal.
