I liked job security in SCB. Staff and managers are empathetic most of the time. Very punctual in terms of salary credit.

Dislikes

Work load can be super hectic most of the time. Rating average in terms of work life balance. Few managers are micro managers.

Worst place to work ,HV wasted my 2yrs in branch banking .usually organisation have managers but this place has got rulers as if they own the employee ...full missuse of there post.

Dislikes

Being working for 6years in which last 2yrs in branch banking which was the worst experience .scb is a place where people r given respect according there oiling parameters,if someone don't HV this skill he/she may not survive with self-respect.Now taking about HR policy ..hahah those r only just a paperwork..this is such a organisation where a person can give his whole life working according bt this organisation will not take a second of thought to sack them without any reason..i HV seen my frnd working with scb losing his 13yr old son's life in an accident ,this was the worst thing happened in his life ,by what our SCB did just after two month they took his job n fired him saying we don't require you anymore without any reason. As a client care executive it's not so good to work here but in other departments it is really good to work.. The bank is really awesome
