Nothing to dislike
Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
Noting to like about this company sirf bolbachan hai they don't even have office incentive you get once when you join them koi na koi bahana hoga to release it in HR and management doesn't know inhand salary ka matalab.They would deduct taxes from any time without informing. Salary will be on hold for without reason. This what I like about this company.
No system company doesn't have any protocol anyone can do anything

I am an ex-Star Estate employee and as Senior Digital Marketing Manager I have worked there for over a year. I think I am suitable for writing this review in detail and depth so that you all have a clear and transparent knowledge about the company. I am thankful to Abhay Sir, who was leading the whole team. He always gave us challenges not to demotivate but to push our limits. Thank you to colleague who supported through out the journey. Only complain I have is with Manish, who never failed to cash the credit of work done. I just wished when he was on 1month leave, at least for that month he could have if not openly but should have thanked me or communicated to the management. Through out the year, I took the load of all the campaigns and never complained. I still hope Manish gets all the gold and glitters in life if this kind of credit stealing makes him earn a lot. More positive points about the company: 1. Timely Salary 2. Yearly Bonus 3. Out Door parties 4. Yearly Trip to hill station 5. Timing : Here I specially like to thank Abhay Sir and Vijay Jain sir to understand my problem and never forced me about it. 6. HR: Thank you Superv Sir for all the support and mentorship during the time of enrollment as well as the time of relieving. You are a hero. 7. Hello I am writing this review so that you can save your future to join this Proprietorship(Brokerage). The work culture at this Proprietorship is highly problematic and unsettling. The management appears to fever a select few only(Chatu employee) granting them special privileges while denying basics rights to others. The lack of organization, unethical behaviour and disregard for human diginity paint a grim picture. It seems that focus on management is solely on generating revenue for the benefit of team heads and the owner rather than fostering a healthy and inclusive environment. The support system is disappointing. The process obtaining a Full and Final settlement(FNF) is needlessly complex and the proprietorship seems unwilling to promptly provide it. Moreover taking a day off at the start of the month will hold your salary because salary date is 7th but it comes till 10th. Only join this proprietorship if- You wanna join as a Broker because you will not get any appointment letter, pf and salary slip. People working here will not get a job in market. If you don’t trust ask and receive appointment letter at day one they only give you fake verbal promise. They deduct 5% off tds still you get 30k. They treat you like servant most of person Woking here belongs management families. No job security because they can terminate you without any notice.
