Very ignorant CEO with no management skills only fumes in anger, abuses and shouts. Salary never paid in full or on time. Work hours go on for 10 hours and doesn't end before 8pm or 9pm yet the salary is deducted.

Since it's a start-up most of the workload needs to be managed independently, facilitating a lot of opportunity for learning. According to me this company seems right for both fresher-level and experienced individuals because there's ample exposure and opportunities available.
