Nothing, totally 0, you can find rating here as 4.5 but Google having rating of 4.3 . So totally fake reviews are here. How can we be good then Google. We work till late night. So can say 9 am to 4-6 am next day. Never join here if you wish to stay fit.

Everything, from top to bottom. Abusive culture Pressure all the time Job security is 0, they can fire you anytime without any reason. Work life is 0 as 24*7 is our shift. Promotion is 2-3% even if you look any other org u can get min 5-10%. Salary time is of 6-7-8 of a month. Growth is 0. Toxic working environment I wish labour department need to raid here and the actual picture comes out. For better understanding please connect with ex employees they will tell you how toxicity here it is. Even though camera recording also can tell you the toxicity. Never join here Before join they will say hybrid and after a week you are working 24*7 from office. They will post fake reviews. I have worked for 4 company in last 6 years in different roles, Support executive, Tech support, Incident management, Operations. In Stashfin as Support executive. One of the worst experience I ever had with this company. Lots of work pressure, not treating like human, they were very in experience in terms of finance. Never treated they employee like human. Work culture is the worst, dirty politics. Working there was a trauma for me. Thank God I resigned within 1 years. I'm not sure the pressure to the support team was from CEO or upper department but support team life was hell. Putting pressure on Support team unnecessary after IT making the mistake in customers loan account. Not only support, I see the upper 2-3 person taking like they are everything. Stashfin has fast paced work culture where you get hands on experience in managing large scale ERP implementation. The leadership team is supportive, and you get a lot of ownerships in projects. The pay is competitive and learning opportunities are abundant.

Dislikes

The workload can be intense at times, especially when project deadlines are tight. But on the flip side, the exposure I got to oracle EPR made it worthwhile.

Joined 1.5 years back and I already got a chance to work on windows, MacOS, Linux, network switches, VPN, printer setups - everything! Team is cooperative and ready to share knowledge. Ticketing system is well structured. We maintain inventory also get full understanding of IT operations. Managers are not micromanaging us, they trust the team.
