This is one of the fd up companies and pls do not waste time by joining this company. No training for new joiners and they expect you to be all knowing oracle on day 1. Politics to the core, I had worked with one of the worst colleagues and manager in my experience. Good I left the job now and peaceful.

Not much. just the benefits - night shift allowance and food coupon, that's it.

Dislikes

The team are not located in a single location at all. A team of total 10 members is dispersed with 2-3 states, which sometimes hinders the communication while working. Managers just swap team members like anything. Favoritism is on a high level here. Work allocation - Worst. This only applies to my department, don't know much about the others
