There is no job security one has to work under fear of losing the job every single day. Growth is way impossible as managers were all micro managed. The employees are not appreciated nor are they acknowledged for a job well done on property which was a ruin and which had no scope of improvement. Employees used strong customer relations techniques to face the drawback but were never appreciated inspite of all this there was no consideration on the appraisals . The immediate bosses had crab mentality and they doubted on the employees integrity. Earning a salary for your experience was a crime as you were always nagged during the MIS. Company is good. They do many activities for employees. Work environment is very good. All the senior are very much corporative and keep motivated you. Leave policy is fantastic.
Company should think about man power. Every section they have given less man power as per standard.

They are also deducting money for week off in this hotel.In Sterling Legacy Shimla, the salary of the old workers is less and the salary of the new freshers is higher.The shoes given by this company to the staff got torn in just 15 days.Job here is not secure at all

Only one week off in a month . Work pressure ..needs to work more that 10 Hours a day.....Forgot about Family ....incase of emergency also you will get maximum 2 hours or else LOP.. Worst and pathetic experience in my 7 years of corporate carrier .
