I dislike working at Straive because the work expectations are extremely high, often requiring a 24/7 commitment, which leads to an overwhelming workload. Additionally, there are no opportunities for promotion or salary increments, and the overall compensation is very low.

There is no big appraisal here. You cannot live here unless you can operate in harmony with the boss and team leader. The HR department excessively serves managers and team leaders. Terrible experience. One of the worst company. Never ever join this company. Fraud company. Each and everyone including managers no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay.
