I dislike working at Straive because the work expectations are extremely high, often requiring a 24/7 commitment, which leads to an overwhelming workload. Additionally, there are no opportunities for promotion or salary increments, and the overall compensation is very low.

Straive. One of the worst typesetting company in South India. No work-life balance, no career and knowledge growth, no salary increment, and the very worst politics in every team. No proper salary; if you work for this company for 5 to 8 years, you get only 20 to 25 k per month salary. The HR department is also one of the worst, andthey have no knowledge about management.
