I dislike working at Straive because the work expectations are extremely high, often requiring a 24/7 commitment, which leads to an overwhelming workload. Additionally, there are no opportunities for promotion or salary increments, and the overall compensation is very low.

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

I like the that entering into this company is very easy for new batch and new commerce. It’s good for them, but experience candidates is not worthy.

Basically, the working hours of Dr company is very strict and they give and they give us no extra allowance or OT for overtime and leaves are restricted and there is no promotions over the period and salary was very low. First start our starters, a new freshers is good for them, not for an experience candidate.

I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.
