No likes it's not a good place to work and grow

Dislikes

Organisation doesn't values it's employees. Resources are not used properly. High politics from top level to bottom level. Organisation uses employees certification and rewards in a wrong manner. They cheat employees by providing improper designation and ask employees to work in another domain. No proper training provided by TL. Team work can not be seen due to lack of TL support. There are no proper project to learn and grow where our skills can be utilised. There are no chances of enhancing our skills as no proper guidance and even project are also not there through which we can learn. Negative environment in office due to some old employees who consider organisation as their own. Worst HR team - HR head and assistant HR are too dominating they don't help employees if any issues instead they dominate them by providing improper reasons. HR plays a high politics between DH,TL and employees which impacts life of employees. Not a good place to work and grow. Never recommend to anyone, join at your own risk....Read More

Not any. It will spoile your career. Visit office before joining the company, whatever HR show as benefits is actually not available at any of the branches.

Dislikes

Frequent team movements, technology switches. No quality work, political HR team only listen top level management. Company is not offering appraisals on time but regularly deducting money from salary on each month. Assistant HR Manager, behaves very nicely like she is one of us but ultimately did the same as others, false commitments and assurances.

company is good, some of the teams have very clear vision of the work they do. CEO is good human being and kind hearted person.

Dislikes

there are too many cons in few of the team in the company. if the manager is there in a company from beginning, the manager thinks that he is an owner of the company. if you want to grow under this kind of manager then you will not require technical skills, you need skill which satisfy the manager' ego. if you maintain good relationship (near and dear), no one in the company will point anything to you. Keeping a very few team aside, there are lots of politics in the company. Favoritism in the team which you can't imagine. if you come here with n number of experience, company will put you in different tech base team for couple of months, there is no option of team change too. Company is hiring people from X technology and assign work to them on Y technology and will expect output from Y technology. if you will go to HR management, they will inform your manager and manager will make your life very bad....Read More

Maximum and old employees resigned. Assistant HR Manager, newly joined HR consultant, Talent Acquisition Manager and her assistant, Learning and Development Head, Jr. and Sr. Admin team, big resignation from IT team, SAP delivery head, Power BI manager - lead - team (whole hierarchy), .Net team lead and his team, etc etc.... Everyone was somewhere demanded for changing the HR manager who disturb everyone to do their work, but CEO has become blind behind the beauty of her and giving her more and more power. So, employees decided to leave the company and because of long years of relationship with CEO asked for a meeting. CEO refused to talk and passed a message by another HR employee that he is ready to accept all the resignations and build new teams.
