It was a horrible experience working over here. Especially in the product development department it feels like you are in school because of the strict timings. Even if you are one minute late then you will be insulted on the whatsapp group. The HOD of the dept is biased and behaves good only with her favourite ones. Surviving in thetoxic environment of the department is very hard and hence there is high iteration rate here. There is no work life balance ⚖️. It was horrible experience. I had to left the company in 2 months. If you are experienced please do not even think about to join Sugar. Inside politics will not allow you to do any work by yourself. They always there to demotivate you. Seniors are behaving so rudely. I felt so unwelcomed there. Evenif you have experience they will not entertain your solution your opinion. Micromanagement if horrible. One who is always behind boss alwayz get chance to get new project. I am in technology team and still working with sugar, seriously they don't have work life balance and employee respect as we lost one of the talented person from our quality team lead ,cant take name but he was extra mile for the sugar and within months he captured the sugar and lost him due to the senior most person who is now on notice period karma belief. The process here are very pathetic. There is no set of SOP to follow. The projects here do no proceed ahead without approval of HOD. And the HOD will not give approval to any of your projects because all the ongoing and ready to launch urgent projects will be only given to one person. So you will only feel stagnant in your work because nothing will be moving ahead. There are no project discussions being done and the manager will not take any interest in approval of the projects inspite of sending reminders. Very poor management and work processes. Because of this one cannot excel in their career. For experienced people this is not the place to be in as it will only degrade your profile....Read More
