I really enjoyed working with my team members. Compared to my previous company, I learned a lot more, especially in creative work. I also got more responsibilities and worked on many AI-related designs and packaging projects.

In my professional experience, I have never encountered an HR Manager like the current one. He lacks basic communication skills when interacting with employees. In my previous organizations, HR teams regularly conducted employee engagement programs and monthly training sessions, but here, no such initiatives have been taken so far. Instead, the HR Manager seems to focus more on monitoring employees through CCTV, calling individuals for minor matters like having breakfast, and often using inappropriate and disrespectful language. Although he strictly enforces HR policies when it comes to employees, he refuses even a simple request for 10–15 minutes of breakfast time, stating that "this is an office, not a marriage hall," which feels unnecessarily harsh. Ironically, despite his rigid approach towards employees, he frequently steps outside during office hours for personal walks and tea breaks with his close group, which goes against the very policies he enforces. Previously, I used to enjoy coming to work, but now it feels more like being back in school a little frustrating and demotivating.
