Work culture is very much bad, railway stations , garden, on road meeting, unnecessary stock pushing, semi stockiest visit, Groupism, favoratism, politics, humiliation in front of juniors.. In cycle meeting.. Meeting till 3.am to fill format. This happens in every cycle meeting.. Every time insult.. Which leads to health issues...
