First job experience in Sun is really good. There was freedom to for creatives. There was healthy Discussions between teams and management but after I rejoined in the company I found there were lot of management issues which I can't express.

Dislikes

Too much restriction in creatives. Company has no trust on employees. Management being lead should have faith in employees. Mutually they should work. There are too many heads to take decisions which always bring ego problems between heads.
