The firm has very good clientele and assignments. Some seniors are good. Team as a whole is competitive. Though not a big 4, it is close to big 4. It has a tie up with RSM India (member firm of RSM International) which expands its reach globally. There are some teams where politics is apparent. During peak seasons (depending upon work profile), we need to deliver by putting additional hours at work. However, during non-peak seasons, work-life balance exists.
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited at office premises, otherwise IT department sends an email to your HOD and HR department.
Work from home, which is an emerging concept, is not there in this organization.
I got good exposure over clients here. There used to be high pressure environment, specifically during due dates.
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. It was my pleasure to be a part of this company. As a result I get to travel other client location, especially to Gujrat. On site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Another pluse point is that my colleagues various cultural background , and we work happily in collaboration.
Some time the work pressure was little bit high, I had to work on leave day(saturday), which was uncomfortable for me.
Generally speaking, my work was a little bit challenging, but it was suitable for me as long as I got to work on diffrent product and it was great learning learning experience.
Industry level CTC is offered. But a major part of CTC is pushed to Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) which the employee is eligible after 1 year 3 months of his service. IF employee discontinues his service before the above term,he loses his PLI
Too much of politics. No credit of work done. All credits taken by senior level. Very low hike in pay.

A perfect place to adjust work and personal life if you can adjust with less pay.
Useless HR in Bangalore(Mr. Hemant) who does not work and just taunts people. No proper resources for joinees (no permanent systems/ laptop provided). No proper increments made in salary. False hopes of salary hike given to good candidate. Not much employee benefits.
