It is a good start if you enter as fresher and help you in understanding that BPO is not a good industry to be a part of.

The Shifts man. Most of us work on night and the worst part is the graveyard shifts. My shifts start at 2.30 am in morning. Job security ... well you can forgot. People come and start their shift as normal, suddenly manager calls them and they will walk out. .. Sutherland will give you a feeling that you can lose your job any second.

Don't get enough Hikes. Learning Opportunities are limited. No bonus unless you're at a higher level in management. Facilities need to be upgraded and benifits like better insurance policies, etc are needed.

If you are looking for a job which will improve your language, then it’s a good choice.

Dislikes

Active politics. If you work hard, then it will be the biggest mistake you make. Hard workers will never get a promotion in sutherland. Especially Sutherland kochi (McAfee). If you work for McAfee process, then you will see how the senior manager and associates play politics with employees.
