Dislikes

Only thing I dislike in the office was my team leader Anithavalli Kollabattula. Annoying and irritating person I ever seen before in our company. Apart from her rest everything was super cool.

Swiggy is one of best company equivalent to MNC'S and package is too good ,and those who are working at swiggy it makes them to balance work life and family easily .since I joined am completely satisfied and still about to complete same rest of years.

Swiggy as company its good but when it comes to management its shittttt specially customer service. funny part is HR doesn't have there own value or role they are working as puppet.co-founder needs to think over again because customer service is the 1st step to gain trust and business from customers but the way management is behaving seems they are least bother about company growth they are just making there own profit ( commission) outsourcing it . Good work environment and culture and supportive team leaders and every 3 months trip used to be there and enjoyed alot and had fun with colleagues and my rating for 10 I can give 08/10.

Dislikes

There was a lots of politics and the management was keep on changing and bringing new new rules and growth was impacting for the agents.
