I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the cultureas it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. Although the process is amazing, they have one of the worst cab services even if you live near by the office, they just call you 2 or 3 hours prior to the shift timings and wake you up and after work the cab makes you wait for 2 hours and waste your time as there service is way to slow,just to reach home, one day i was sick and theydidnt care as i was a boy so they told me i have to come so i went to the office even after being sick.But when its a girl they do anything and just have different attitube. These people are so gender biased. When i went to security and asked for the tablet he was like go and say your TL to send a mail then only i will give you the tablets i was like whattttt then i offered him some money and then also he didnt give me the tablets they dont even care even if you die unless you an girl. they wont say the girls anything and just be so sweet to them and flirt around as well they even let them do what evrry they like or sleep aound in the login hours as well. The policies of the company is also the worst ans then the poltics too most of the floor is filled with telugu people there mentality is like telugu desham mana desham and when it comes to the ac they will just torture you by turning it off in between as if they are have money problem and when you go to the security to turn on the ac they will say will do and yet nothing happens. Evene if they turn on the ac its set to 23 or more and the floor is filled with the people due to which i feel like i am in desert. Too much office poltics if your not a telugu person then they just dont care about you and they will torture you so bad by targeting you even after you dont do anything and then when you being straight forward then they get annoyed and then play around with you giving warning forceing you into which you didnt do. If your a telugu person then you have the best opportunities here it might be a us process international but in real they hardly know to talk english and even the quality analysis english is the worst and i wounder how they got to such post strange. Telugu people can do anythinf such as aux manipulation takes so many leaves and yet its get adjusted and where as with other people they dont even care and they dodnt even adjust for them. If you aint telugu person they will play around with you saying should i put an mail to client saying this warning that fake warnings. people telugu people play around with aux taking more than 3 brakes more than one hour and taking 5 or more short breaks more than 30 minutes and when you complain they just fool you around by giving excuses we have told them this that but for some non telugu people they have given warning email just because they did it ones and here these people do it all the time such cheap atmosphere and mentality of the people here and then there is a guy whose name is prakash his role is quality analyst but he acts as if he is the client of the company he simply comes and pokes around and then if your straight forward to his face then he will get jealous and say you. you were this that blah blah but in fact he was the one or else he will just come around poke you and misuse his power by saying should i send you a warning letter as this job is our lively we stay quite even though its not our mistake. i hope who ever the client is does something about this take the business away from them as they are just misusing the client business and money people around there have so 3rd class mentality not all but most of them are they are good people too which are very less....Read More

Worst HR Manager, Worst Management, Worst Culture, Best in Politics. They even eat your Sodexo amount. They remove you for not wearing mask. If you think to join this company you better stay unemployed. They'll make you do OT till you die. No 2 offs. They'll make you do OT from training itself. People like HR or Manager stay like boss.
