Dislikes

Because of some specific creatures making work atmosphere very dirty. Their personal group only they enjoyed and not allowing any newly appointed to learn or teach new work and also try to disappoint the new one who really do hardships to do the work and work for company to offer their best Mostly all their groups are doing work from home only.

The Job time is a bit flexible but most of the time you will end p working more than office hours and there are no compensations for any extra hours even with holidays and weekends.

Dislikes

Company culture and all activities are nice initiatives but the Peoples team need to be more aware that which teams are inline with it because some managers don't want the employees to go to such events cuz work might get delayed.

Culture is the worst, manager will make you work after office and on weekends also, they expect update on Monday morning on the work given on Friday evening. My team is one of the worst, almost negligible salary hike.. though some teams seems to have good culture.
