I had work life balance as there were not much work at ATOS. The had a decent package already.

There is no job sescurity in ATOS. I strongly recommend not to join the ATOS as they would throw anyone out when you are not. Although ATOS was not like this before 2 years. This is what happening in ATOS from 2023. The company actually is coming for closure/sale of its part of the properties due to heavy debts, hence there is a volatile situation. There are no new projects coming in and also many of the projects are getting cancelled. The biggest problem with the company is the management is not at all worth enough to run an MNC and hence the downtime, which in turn has no furture for the employees.
