1. Job security. If you are not highlighted. 2. You can grow if you know how a Sarkaari Lala Company works. 3. Not so much work to do. 4. You don't need to be creative.

Dislikes

1. Poor and Old HR Policies. They ask you to write application for leaves and President of Tseries will sign those physical copies. Then you'll be allowed to take leaves. HR is crippled. 2. No WFH Policies. They called their employees at office in the middle of pendamic i.e. as early as July 2020. 35e4;">. No performance based appraisal</mark>. Full On Page 3 drama where Men are less Important. 4. Very Toxic Work Culture. Bollywood ki tarah full dikhawa andar se khokhle. 5. No growth opportunities, Won't let you grow your skills or Salary. You lose your skills over time and becomes incompetent in the industry and becomes their slave. In the end you are left with disappointments that you joined them. 5. They don't have Canteen. 6. They didn't even have Coffee Machine till mid 2022 😂 7. In COVID They forced a colleague to buy a scooty because she was not allowed to use public transport and she was given the option to resign....Read More

It's a very good place if you are looking for job security. Just don't put finger on anything and do your work, you are more than secured. You'll get salaries on time. They also pay for your medical insurance, phone Bills and your conveyance. You'll also get EPF. You might secure your job for years, maybe decades, even if you don't perform at all that's a plus point. :P...Read More

This would be a really cool place to work if one can get recognition with their work and performance. This feels more like school :P Would not suggest this place if you are looking for skills enhancement. Lack of growth opportunity and recognition with your Good work. Not so interesting. No new challanges. Quantity focused. Did not get recognition of good work even after so many years. But got a bad reputation for being so communicative and interactive with colleagues.

Working with India's biggest music label and production house will make anyone CV very strong

Dislikes

Very slow for your work like Promotion and appraisal. Have to remind everyday but still the work will not get done.
