Tseries is good for nothing. It is even worst than a lala compay. Its is a fish market with highly unprofessional people on top management. The top management started their job as a peon and reached to the top level management by buttering and blackmailing the owners. Numerous ex employees as well as current employees are suffering from mental hareshments by those peons on the top level management. The top.level management are 5 fail and they teach highly professional rofessional people to do things. If you wanr to spoil your career then i should recommend you to join Tseries....Read More

Dislikes

Tseries is good for nothing. Illustrate people have given top level positions who are 5 pass and they only harrash the profession. Pathetic company with toxic work culture and people on the top level management are senior citizen who are egostic and do not know how to respect others.

1. Job security. If you are not highlighted. 2. You can grow if you know how a Sarkaari Lala Company works. 3. Not so much work to do. 4. You don't need to be creative.

Dislikes

1. Poor and Old HR Policies. They ask you to write application for leaves and President of Tseries will sign those physical copies. Then you'll be allowed to take leaves. HR is crippled. 2. No WFH Policies. They called their employees at office in the middle of pendamic i.e. as early as July 2020. 3. No performance based appraisal. Full On Page 3 drama where Men are less Important. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Very Toxic Work Culture</mark>. Bollywood ki tarah full dikhawa andar se khokhle. 5. No growth opportunities, Won't let you grow your skills or Salary. You lose your skills over time and becomes incompetent in the industry and becomes their slave. In the end you are left with disappointments that you joined them. 5. They don't have Canteen. 6. They didn't even have Coffee Machine till mid 2022 😂 7. In COVID They forced a colleague to buy a scooty because she was not allowed to use public transport and she was given the option to resign....Read More
