I like taj because it's an Indian company and I am a big fan of Tata but here the job security is very poor. Culture is good management is average.

Dislikes

The most I dislike about taj is about the job security we work here but we don't know when we can be thrown out from here and they may call back also after sometime but here only permanent staff is happy.

Working culture is not at the point of a 5 star hotel . job security is great , management is also fine and the company policy as well but does not give good salary ..

Dislikes

Working hours and the salary does'nt go hand to hand .. So it's hard to survive in Taj Chandigarh for the outsiders ( No accomodation , no cab service but need to do break shift on daily basis )

Its been a year with Taj Chandigarh . what i can feel is that work balance us lacking behind and the food given in the cafeteria was not good almost same menu everyday
