Patheitc work culture, no leave, have to work on Sundays and national holidays as well and if you deny to work on Holidays, they will give you bad performance rating. All the leaves & benefits are for corporate level employees only. The management and culture is terrible.

Don't join this company. They are giving only 1500 Rs as appraisal to an engineer who worked for last 10 months they counts as newly joined. HOD says its a policy for new employees. And we need to work for 2+ years for the same package. One major thing. They have different package for the same post.
