Yes I like working in TATA Advance system Nagpur, but there is less holidays And increment is very bad in this company,not like others Tata brands...like Tata motors I give Tata motors 10/10 the culture of tata motors is soo good in my opinion, THANKS YOU

1)Working environment is not so good like other brand. 2) increment in this company is very bad 3) Limited quantity of breakfast and that is also the worst. 4)And employees of higher post don't respect lower post employees. 5)Lunch of this company is not soo good and there is shortage of food items everyday that is the worst part ofthis company. Worst Work Culture, Micro Management, No Growth & No Skill Upgrade, Old Technology hesitate to upgrade, Limited Learning. Management doesn't listen to Employees. North & South People are treated different. Despite company situated in Hyderabad 1st preference & growth is given to North Indians only. They don't treat all employees equally. Monday to Saturday strict timings. only TASL Hyderabad is working from Monday to Saturday all other plants in other states work from Monday to Friday. Canteen food is worst & charging very high for that. No proper company transport facility name sake transport facility given by company that to they charge very high cost. think before joining.
