The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these. Work life balance is poor. Company work time was from 8.30am-6.20pm/ 5 days. For NPD, you might need to extend your day-however thats how this role works!
