Management is very poor. People who started career in TASL should leave within 2 3 years otherwise in terms of salary growth will be nothing. 7-8% growth per year. High level politics. If you complaint about something,no one is going to listen to you coz management itself have fault.

Composite manufacturing plant. A lot of learning every day. Direct interactions with top management even as GETs or freshers. Stable company - Job security is good POSH is taken very seriously

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Company work time was from 8.30am-6.20pm/ 5 days. For NPD, you might need to extend your day-however thats how this role works!

The good part is for the new joiner (beginner) as this would be the best for early on understanding of the organisational processes and standards. The perks are good as well but for short period like 2 years. If you join TASL with some experience then you would have better benefits in salary compared to existing employees. The difference of the salary for exisitng employees and newly joined are there. Which is demoralizing for exisitng employees. The difference is substantial. There are many old souls working around you which is good for instance but again gets challenging survival among these. The expectation of management from employees is confusingas they want you to contribute to the yearly revenue by making slides and attending audit everyday despite being a manufacturing industry....Read More
