This company don't think about their employee. Only gives lucrative perks to senior management only.Ground level employee is just like labour or slave for them.On resignation period my son was admitted in ICU.But this company has made policy no leaves for resigned candidate whether he or his family member is on life stage.I must say'Naam Bade darshan chote'.This slogan I will give to this company because I have joined this company because TATA is renowned group but in practical I found it worsed.Kehne ko to bohot kuch hai par koi fyda ni.I don't recommend this company to anyone....Read More
