Ur ideas will not be encouraged even though they work-out. U will be asked to work in different shifts, false promises of getting promoted. Use u until a new experienced guys comes up. Will be asked to give KT indirectly to him then when he is confident that he can cope up without you u will be given silly reasons to finish the timeperiod of ur internship and leave. Most of the skilled and efficient staff are recruited from thirdparty Payroll. Higher Management response is poor and very late. Tata Brand only, apart from that mid range level companies have good culture and system than this.

Variation between onroll and third party Payroll staff., they treat Payroll employees like robots and they didn't give any credit or respect to Payroll staff.Think 10 times before going in to third party payroll in this boeing company
