All thing are good but mostly senior are giving wrong appraisal commitment to his onedown, that’s reason employees are puting resignations

It was a nice working experience . But not good as expected in case of salary( incentive) .
When cse call for the customer he take care of all thing wheather it's calling the customer , meeting at customer place , visit customer near by district like haridwar rishikesh sharanpur roorkee etc but incentive or (petrol) incentive are not up the mark . After visiting customer twice within 80km area customer finally cancel theloan but cse get only criticism for not completing the case this is unfortunate. Cse who visited customer twice just for one lakh loan rupee loan as guided by the senior ( ek lakh ka loan bhi hmare liye important hai we have to go for the last) but what about cse no incentive no petrol allowance he only suffered and finally get frustrated by the environment he resigned from the post. 1. On week days also you have to work. 2. No Sunday for all lower grade employees. 3. Unethical behaviour of seniors. 4. No work life balance. Office time is 9:30am to 6pm. But you have to work till 11pm. Reporting manager will also ask for reports after 11pm. 5. Will get call after 10pm from RM. 6. Will force to develop business. Otherwise management will force you to give resign from your side. 7. Reporting managers also use harsh word to reporters. 8. Will be in depression due to behaviour of seniors. Mental health conditions will be ruined. 9. Seniors will taunt you about your grade and salary. Will treat you like beggars. 10. Very diplomatic persons are existing in this company. 11. Will treat well to freshers but after 1 month management will treat you like slum dog. 12. In campus placement also they will show higher packages but after joining your salary will be reduced to half. Also no assurance on your position that you will get in campus placement. Jharkhand, working Environment very bad, Jharkhand me 1st Saturday & 3rd Saturday weekly off but koi off nahi rahta 24*7 working 😔 weekend 1 day off compalsary . Mind refreshing

Pay is decent
There is no work life balance. Even if the company is under Tata group there is nothing as work life peace. If you join TCHFL be prepared to compromise on all public holidays. If there is weekend off then sales team takes approval from the HR to make any public holidays falling within the week as normal working day with assurance ofcompoff however no compoff is given after that. Other than Tata as a brand name there’s nothing commendable about working with Tata Housing Capital.
Bureaucracy No accountability towards work across org. No timelines followed. No clarity on job role No standardised business process. Office relocation twice in 6 months FnF took more 90 days for clearance. No exit interview arranged by HR or interaction on resignations nor post joining.

Management is worst . No matter how much you give it will never be good for them. Just be good to your superious and everything works for you

All holiday cancelled with approval taken without comp off, only Sunday given as weekly off maximum times, high politics, highly sales influencing, not committed seniors, overall 1 out of 10 for retail assets BL employees.
