It was a great place to work, but as soon new organisation structure introduced one person needs to report to multiple people those don't even know our KRA, if you don't love or hate your family then this is your ideal place to work as here you will get to stay away from your family more than 20 days a month of 22 working days.

Dislikes

Work life balance is hell, every single day has to be in other city, and just being old in the system senior got right to drive you. They just want to see the number of your revenue, and not how the services been provided to the customer. You have strictly work start time but no end time. You need to be available 24/7.
