There are big gap between site team and head office team, lac of team work many good performer decided to leave the company, some hire person are not able to resolve the problem at point and he trying to damage down team members, I was very offset when I got letter to end of contract even I performed well I put some questions to entire team to arrange one meeting to discuss where is problem but no one responded either HR team or any senior person. Shows company is competitive to other competitors but below management is worst when it comes to employe benefits and their management. They take projects just to stay in the market. Never expect good hike from them.

Administrative management are very good. Company very good in Ethics.

Dislikes

Organisation Systems should be maintained rigidly but at site level many bypasses observed. For implementing the company culture (as per OCP and standards) at site there need to fight with all concerned department. There need to improve.

No Basic welfare facility for Staffs and workmen . No PPE for Staffs .You have to purchase on your own. Not doing A/c service for Staff Container. Poor Environment and worst culture
