There's WFH, with rotation of employees going into the office. Due to Ratan Tata's statement of retaining employees, TRIL has refrained from retrenchments, at least for the time being.

Dislikes

TRIL Mumbai is not a great place to work. The company culture has totally deteriorated after the merger with Tata Housing. There is no professionalism among the management ranks. The tactics deployed are intimidating and unprofessional. Deliberate tactics are used to show professionals in poor light. The new management has brought in politics and a work culture that doesn't behoove a Tata firm.

Promotion criteria is okay but no one interfere in case of wrongly interpret the performance. It is solely depending on manager decision, no further check. Performance bonus suddenly removed for resigned employees who have completed even overall financial year and no one understands the employees concern. Currently there is a bad management.

Ambience of the Work environment is great. No work pressure as such. Also, this very much depends on your boss (I was fortunate to have a "very" good one). It's just one thing which pinched me i.e. they don't get you on company pay role even of you give your 200% :(

Don't join the company if you are not provided on-role offer by the company. Rest all is good.
