Promotion criteria is okay but no one interfere in case of wrongly interpret the performance. It is solely depending on manager decision, no further check. Performance bonus suddenly removed for resigned employees who have completed even overall financial year and no one understands the employees concern. Currently there is a bad management.

Work is challenging. Complex problems need to be resolved quickly. It’s a Tata company but works like a startup.. everything is turned around in a couple of days

Not much to dislike. The top has changed since the last couple of years so a lot of things are new for a lot of people. Anyone not from Real Estate background will find the learning curve to be pretty steep. The industry is such that you might be type-cast(ed) and won’t get jobs out of the same. The money is good for the people whohandle rewarding regions while it can be a challenge where the region is not so rewarding....Read More

Haven’t been to the office much but it’s not bad. The people are helpful but are very busy with their own work.
