It is top most brand company in India, they celebrate all festivals, respecting all the traditional culture.

Dislikes

Miss using the employees and taking over time duties, no work life balance. Giving a lot more work pressure, unwanted works keep adding in day today process, Street like a fresher executive, no managers. People working till 10, 11 o'clock night in month end. After that lots more threats for numbers is there in daily basis. Very very worst feeling my overall journey.

Work environment is too good , lots of skill development training and also have good facility in company, every month they appreciate employees with award for good work and also have various activities wich help employee to motivate and refresh themselves.

Regret ,they remove the apprentice after completing one year apprenticeship , didn't give opportunity to show there caliber with suitable job profile in tata ,we are willing to work with tata but not having any apportunity
