It Is Great Organisation, I was Part of Product team , most of the person I met are helping nature, Product technology stack is also good, As initial level of position I didn't see much politics till my experience level, senior level politics I am not sure. It's Vary company to company and teams. Healthy working environment, Didn't seen any Internal clashes with different teams or members. workload was also good, Expect 2 to 3 months out of 3 years at Tavant. Company work culture is osum and employees will get opportunity to work in different technique without an request. Based on the requirements employees support. This company ruined my career. Started as a Software Engineer trainee after a few weeks of training in an awful technology the management shamelessly said we don't have projects you will be on sabbatical leave, now I am not able to switch to another company due to lack of work experience and also because i am no longer a fresh graduate.
