The only reason to join TCE was the so called city of joy and hometown Kolkata.

Dislikes

Everything here is to he disliked. I believe TCE kolkata civil department is one of the most toxic environments in entire bengal ! Extreme politics from the head, micromanagement at every aspects, no standard documents or design procedures, culture followed by head here is different from TCE policies, his timings are not as flexibleas the company and if you follow company's policies you already are in the hit list and will suffer throughout your career. Suggestion for every civil engineer not to spoil your career here...Read More
