Manager was very supportive they encouraged us to keep on learning and give our best. No extra hour of work we need to do. Incase of any doubt my lead and manager used to help us understand every single details of why and how we are going to fix it.

Nothing I liked in TCS,corporate sector have professionalism but HR only don't have core object I didn't saw like this HR in my vast of experience.

It is a very good company for students of any stream who wanted to work and didn't got admission to tier 1 colleges, because it provides a great platform for unskilled freshers to get into TCS and learn skill and improve their knowledge which will always help them to boost their career as they switch jobs in future.

Dislikes

Nothing is bad about TCS. Just you need to understand the intention of the organisation, that it is not about good salary but to skill and unskilled person who doesn't get job anywhere else because of his knowledge. And In TCS he/she can get that Knowledge and may excel in their future Job.

I worked for 2 projects before my current one where I had sleepless nights and lot of pressure. I used to for more than 14hrs in a day. There was no flexibility and no personal life. And there was no fare rating provided.

They do not fire people who is not working and sitting on desk for years but they denied to pay the quarterly bonus and increment to people who is doing hard work. What a joke but it's true

Hiring people hide the work profile and align the non domain work. If you ask for release they are denying as per policy. Fake people Fake environment.

Good work life balance. They will not fire you.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are very stagnant and mostly irrespective of your performance. Ratings are average for maximum people and if you outperform, you'll get 2% hike extra. That's it. And promotions are only on the basis of years of exp. And after completing that too, they can delay for an year or two.

Working culture is very toxic. If you don't like the tech stack you are working on or working environment in the project and if you asked for the release from the project either you have to leave the company or you have to work in the same project but you will not get release.
