Job security is the only pros.

Almosy everything other than job security. I worked in client loc. Worklife balance was the worst. Not to mention salary hikes and appraisal which is less than 5%. if u are lucky then 10%. Very difficult to take leaves even tho we had leave balance.

Salary is very less compared to market especially for freshers. Hiked salary won't make any change to the what we are getting currently. WFO policy and forcing employees to work 5 days from office and linking everything to it be it appraisal or variable pay
