Salary Hike - There will not be Hike for 1st year even though you have worked full year. Low Hike % even top banding. Some time they will anounce there won't be Hike for entire TCS Opportunities and recognition will be given to the tenured people though they are not having enough skill and knowledge. Managers will not allow you to grow if they are tenured

The company is good but some managers(Sathish Kumar Paul, Vino priyan) makes the work difficult and breeds toxic environment with toxic people which affects morale. If in higher position or in IT domain, this is heaven.

Team with toxic mentality and selfish mindsets will pull you down. The managers targets and de-promote and downgrade in front of everyone
