As far as I know, Nagarro may offer a work-from-home option later, which would help me save the most money. On the other hand, Morgan Stanley requires working from the office three days a week. Considering factors like work-life balance, work culture, and career growth, kindly suggest which would be the better choice.

Dislikes: Following the same hike percentage for freshers and lateral entry is not fair. Even after 8 years You could see that the person often switch has greater pay scale than the person who is loyal to TCS. In Promotions manager would play a political game there.
