Only thing that is good is job security.No matter how dumb you are no one will fire you if you are in TCS.

Management uses the job security as the forbidden fruit to lure and retain employees.You become the worst person in the company andbthe management's eyes if you resign and they will do everything to make your life miserable in the notice period.Once you get a good opportunity they will keep criticizing you.The management that is sitting for over 10 years have no skill development and are busy in office politics.I do not refer TCS in the beginning of anyone's career....Read More

The company is deteriorating day by day. Too much cost pressure from top management who don't understand technology on ground level or is involved in day to day operation but will single handedly take decision.

Nothing to like if you dont feel safe in office with your team members all elder team leads are like dogs for single and beautiful girls in office

All single girls who dont have nature fight back, want to become good employee, and good promotion and all the team lead "in bangalore office near vaidehi hospital" and other dogs like that are wanting to take advantage, they behave good till you are doing as the says so, they always asks personal questions and other things not related to work, one day ask for go out alone with him so my 3 friends also left tcs they are doing inside politics to target soft nature girls. And other male team members who want promotion Licking his a-s-s 🙄 no one is supportive HR is also in his pocket what will be the result of those behavior , i am not taking name because currently i m working there. Promotion was on hold for more than 2 years and I was in the same role for more than 5 years Very less percentage of hike and more percentage of paycut ex: your overall salary increased by 6% your health insurance premium will increase by 60% which is mentioned in your CTC Very less amount of PF contribution not even cross 40K per year Very less gratuity amount from your CTC only
